Disconnected from server [SOLVED]

when I try login in game ERROR: Disconnected from server.
when I try login on website ERROR: Login failed! Bad credentials.

Sometimes this happens and I have to try 3 times one after another and it works, but I see you have made it 1 login per minute now. Been trying all day and same problem.

char name is ********* on PVP realm

OK fixed it.

reset your password and at the same time unlock ip lock.

can login now thanks
