Account banned for no reason.

Hello GM,

for starting i would like to apologize for my bad english, i'm from france.
I played a Rogue on the Nostalrius PVP server named Mamusa, i tried to connect on my account yesterday and I can't, i ve been banned.
I don't really know the reason, lately i just did some AV because i want to get exalted, and some raid, nothing against the terms of use that I read and tried to understand before posting this note.
Anyway, i'm not a goldseller, i'm also not an harassing player, so I would like to know, if this ban is confirmed the reason of this ban. Otherwise, i think it's just a mistake and i would like to get back my account.
