Account banned

Hello, when i tried to log in today my account was banned.
When I logged on yesterday, I saw that I have gotten hacked. Because i was missing some items in my inventory (foror's compendium of dragonslaying). My friends said that i was logged on at 2am, but that wasn't me. I came on as fast as possible and changed my password.
I talked to one in your staff and he told me to reset my password again, so i did. So when i logged on the next day i was banned, I don't see why. Please help
