Account banned Problem

Hello administrator
My Account has been banned and I dont know why
Transaction types include:
1)collecting Black Lotus with AFK mark
2)I found my gold stolen when I lauch 2016.03.15(more than 800g was stolen) ,Can you check my login IP 3.14-3.15? It's not the one I usually used(the pilferer's IP).I was sent post on this BBS that time about (Can you help me find out my money direction?).

All my transactions are legal and normal, without breaking the rules of the game(The pilferer is the man who breaking the rules,not me)

PvP server,ID:Backbackk

2016.3.15,when i found my gold stolen,I PMed the GM in game about finding out my gold direction.
He told me,GM cant get the gold back to the player.

Please be patient, a GM will reply sooner or later.
FYI If your account has been compromised and used to sell gold then it is going to stay permanently banned

I just play lv60 wow like 10years ago.
Never sell/buy gold.
I wish GM can check the IP when I found my accound stolen.
