Account Banned, appeal please

I tried to log on this morning and my account has been banned. Any information regarding this would be great. I haven't exploited, harassed, or bought / sold gold.

I sold a couple items on the AH for way more than what they were worth, I cannot be held responsible for someone buying them. It's up to the player to make sure they know what they are buying off the AH and for what price.

I hope you understand that nothing has been done here against the terms of use. I enjoy playing on Nost and I hope this issue can be resolved.

I've recently learned that a massive ban-wave just happen with gold trafficking which is quite impressive and good to hear, however, I feel many many innocent people have been caught in the crossfire due to this action. I understand your team is currently flooded with appeals and I understand if it takes you time to get back with me.

It's saddening that I've invested so much time with you guys only to have it taken away in mere moments. I play with my RL friends for the most part and now that I'm banned they may quit as well. Please don't let this happen. I don't know how to prove my innocence or defend myself in this situation, I can only hope you take my word that I'm an honest player.

what's to say you didn't just put items on the AH at a high price for the gold sellers to b/o and you get your gold in that manner.... can't cheat the system brah

Yea, and as soon as I learned that's how they do it I figured I don't have a snowballs chance in hell. It doesn't matter if anyone believe me or not. I know what happened. I mis-priced items on the AH and someone bought them, why? I couldn't tell you. I was pretty excited to learn I just made a considerable amount of cash out of a typo. It also surprises me that a DAY before all the bans my items were bought.

No one has to believe me, I know what happened. The forum is full of scumbags who cheat and exploit no doubt. I'm not one of them.

I've already figured that I wont be getting my account back. Oh well, the server was free and I had a great time with my rl friends. I wont be restarting though, knowing that if someone buys something off the AH from me I could be banned.

Not sure what is going on with this appeal, I do know Kerukun in real life and he is a great guy. I would not expect this sort of behavior from him, and it is my impression that he is an unintended victim of the ban wave. I group with him daily to do quests and run dungeons and he is a vital member of the group we have formed over the levels. I do hope that he becomes un-banned so we can continue the fun we were having on Nostalrius.
