Permanent ban with no explanation

I tried to post this before but I cannot see it has been posted. I'd like to know why the following char got banned

PvP server
Char Aguja-Human rogue lvl 14

Well it seems all the others got approbed now too from last night sorry about that.

Your account was banned for gold trafficking. If you'd like to appeal this ban, please provide information in this thread about what transactions you may have done recently that might have triggered the ban.

Don't bother if you did in fact buy gold, since the review will just come back confirming the offence.
