My Account has been banned and I dont know why

I found my gold stolen when I lauch 2016.03.08(about 500g was stolen) ,Can you check my login IP It's not the one I usually used(the pilferer's IP).

All my transactions are legal and normal, without breaking the rules of the game(The pilferer is the man who breaking the rules,not me)
