Account banned Problem

Hello administrator
My Account has been banned and I dont know why
Transaction types include:
1)collecting Black Lotus with AFK mark
2)I found my gold stolen when I lauch 2016.03.15(more than 800g was stolen) ,Can you check my login IP 3.14-3.15? It's not the one I usually used(the pilferer's IP).I was sent post on this BBS later about (title:Plz help me,to save my ACCOUNT).
Game Master Benevael reply:We cannot return stolen items to you, but we are tracking down the perpetrators. All gold obtained from these hacked accounts is traced, so anyone who purchases gold from these gold sellers will be banned.

I'm never breaking the rules of the game(The pilferer is the man who breaking the rules,not me)
