Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

When I tried to log in on Thursday 17.03.2016 I noticed my account was hacked. All my gold was gone, most of my stuff from my bank and my alts bank gone. I was left basically with what I had equipped at that time. I immediately reinstalled my operating system, changed all my passwords. I was thinking about making a ticket about this but I was told there is no point to do that since nobody will give me my stuff back and I might get banned for selling gold !.
Yesterday evening when I tried to log back in I noticed my character was banned. Now please tell me why would I sell/destroy (I'm not an enchanter so I suppose the missing BOP gear was sold) my full enchanted T2 gear, my NR gear, etc after I worked so hard to get them these last couple of months. You can check on RealmPlayers to see what gear I had.
I've read the Terms of Use Agreement and I know the Nostalrius staff wont recover my hacked stuff but I want to continue playing with the gear I have left.
My character name is Tardel and I play on the Nostalrius PvP server.

Hello, Tardel is a rl friend of mine and a trusted player. He told us Thursday he got hacked but he said he won't made a post because somehow the hacker left T1 set and the hunter items/trinkets . Now he got ban because of gold selling or trading but wasn't him .

Can you please reconsider the ban issue?

I don't understand this situation with randomly banned accounts. I mean, after his account was hacked and sold full T2 gear to vendor, now he got banned! If u guys keep ban ppl for no reason and not answered/verified each particular situation, the spirit of Nostalrius server will be lost for ever!

I know Tardel from our guild and he is a trusted and reliable player. I am absolutely sure, he would never do anything aimed against server rules, or other players on purpose. We are all players who are constantly trying to make vanilla environment pleasant and comfortable for us and others - what was the purpose of creating this world by our GMs. In this and similar cases, players are only victims.

Therefore I would like to appeal on you to reconsider such strict punishment!

Is a shame that the ban hammer hits on innocent players. I can say that Tardel didn't broke any nostalrius rule. Please verify his case.
