Good Morning

I tried to log in today to my account, but all the time after Authentication disconecting, seems like account banned but the reason why? I just come back from my 2 month contract, i didn`t play that time, last time logged into the server 17 of march from the Slovenia, where I was living in a hotel. Now i`m back to Ukraine and have such a problem with account.
I never, NEVER, sell, buy gold, chars, accounts or made any kind of prohibited actions, wich are not allowed by server administration rulles.
I`m kindly asking administrator staff to try solve my problem

Your account is not banned.

Try changing your country IP country lock setting. This is a new protection put in place to help protect accounts from being hacked. You can change this by requesting a password reset at https://en.nostalrius.org/password. It will send you an E-mail, and when you click on the link in the E-mail, you will need to update your password and select a new country lock setting.

If the country lock is suitable for your situation, then set it to 'No Country Lock' and make sure the password you choose is complex.
