Hi there,
I found out my account had banned yesterday and I couldn't figured out why. Could you please tell me the reason, thanks for helping.

Your account was banned for gold trafficking. If you'd like to appeal this ban, please provide information in this thread about what transactions you may have done recently that might have triggered the ban.
Don't bother if you did in fact buy gold, since the review will just come back confirming the offence.

My account was baned a few days ago. I am a green player. I don't have a gold trading. When I'm at level 60, I have some schoolmates play the game together with me, I gave them some small funding, such as bags and riding. I don't know if it because these led to I have suspected of gold trading,These are very accidental behavior, and the amount is very small.please check out.
