character deleted by gm's?

Hey so i stopped playing for about a month, i had 2 characters. one was a priest with alot of bwl shadow gear and about 1300 gold one was a warrior with pre raid bis.

when i logged in both of those characters were gone but none of the other chars on the account were. i would really appreciate if i could get them back, and why were they deleted in the first place?

Gamemasters don't delete characters.

Make sure you are logged into the PvP realm instead of the new PvE one.

If you still can't see the characters, you most likely got compromised. Unfortunately Gamemasters also don't restore characters, regardless of the circumstances.

not sure how to keep it on my personal post but the names were valdr and mizoto. priest and warrior. i have my guild and realm players that can vouch for me if needed. thank you for your quick responses

Neither of these characters exist on either server. It appears that either you or someone else accessing your account deleted them. Note that we have a strict policy of never deleting characters for any reason (and in fact GMs actually do not even have that power here on Nostalrius Begins.)

I'd suggest changing your password to make sure that your account is secure.
