Acc lockout

Hello!

Character name - Arrowqt

The issue is following. Few days ago I made a 2 week contract with other internet provider to see wether its better than my current, but it now turns out that its pretty bad compared to my current one. However, it seems like my account is now locked to this new provider because I can log in ingame and on webpage but when I switch back to my old provider I put in my acc name/pw on client and it just says - Disconnected from server.

I tried ingame command .acc lock off but it didnt change anything. So basically in 2 days, when my 2 week contract expires, I won`t be able to log in anymore so can you please just generally somehow unlock this account? and if possible acc with character Canarie too, that is my alt account.

p.s. I also tried https://en.nostalrius.org/password but whenever I put in name/email it says incorrect. Can you pm my e-mail then because I made this acc a year ago, I literally cant remember.

The bottom line is - please let me know what I can do to be able to keep playing on this server.

We do not provide account information for security reasons. You will need to find your correct E-mail address so that you can change the IP country lock settings via the password change page.
