Was Hacked then Shortly after BANNED

Hey GM team,

So roughly 4 days ago my account was compromised and the hacker seemed to only want my gold. When I logged in I noticed that instead of the 110ish gold that my rogue had, I only had 2 gold. So I made a ticket. When I returned from my vacation for St. Patricks day, the account was banned. The website says the account has been permanently banned with no reason or explanation.

Now as a side note as soon as I was hacked I immediately reset my password and made it much more secure.

I talked with some friends after about what had happened and they said "DO NOT MAKE A TICKET" because apparently the Nostalrius staff is infamous for banning players who report this issue because the staff will think you are account sharing.

Although I do NOT participate in account sharing I could see the suspicion in my account. I am assuming that is why I got banned because my account is constantly being logged in at my house and at my work. Both of which have completely different IP addresses.

You can take a look at my hours played, there is nothing suspicious about that. I play probably less than most players but I don't want my account to be banned because I have my 60 Shaman on the account also.

Please help me resolve this problem!

I completely forgot to inform you that I have been a dedicated streamer and the only game I played on stream was Nostalrius. You might know me better as Washed, the name of my shaman who I constantly streamed on. I hate the fact that I did nothing wrong, yet my account is unplayable at the moment.
