Banned for UNKNOWN reason and without warning.Please help me

My character name is Averwill and Dervendor.

I got banned for some unknown reason and without warning .I have read the rules and do not use cheat programs does not sell gold.

Server: Nostalrius Begins PVP

My last trades:
- I gave to a member of the guild rare mace when I got it in the Scarlet Monastery
- Member of the guild sent me 19x Silk Cloth
- I bought the green sword for 1 gold

I have read the rules from the start and did not break them.Now i spent my time on the forum and miss raids with my guild.

Id like to appeal

I noticed one strange moment . When I was on the zeppelin Tirisfal Glades - STV Grom'Gol. Shadow Priest(60lvl) invited me to a duel , and I clicked accept . He then applied the Mind Control at me. He drove me and wants to throw me off the zeppelin... There was a loading screen and then i got banned immediately... It seems that I was under the Mind Control effect at loading time

Also, sometimes I have problems with the Internet connection is possible it somehow could have an impact

I believe the SAC will autoban anyone who is under an effect that causes them to lose control of their character during a loading screen (Sap, Fear, MC, Blind, Polymorph, etc). The good news is you'll get unbanned after an investigation.
