Banned at level 6? Wth lol

I got banned at level 6 for what reason I have no idea, can someone please help I'm lost in the sauce on this one..

You probably got caught by the spam filter, which is very sensitive at low levels.
It is adviced that you don't use the chat channels until you are level 15 - annoying, but unfortunately necessary to combat the gold sellers.

A GM will look at it when he reach you in the queue, until that: have patience (or start a new account - level 6 doensn't take ages)
