Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Dear Game Master Team,

My friend's account - Glamory from server Nostalrius begins PVP was banned on March 19th.
He joined to our guild's BWL raid on March 18th and found he was banned on 19th.
Could you help to check what the reason is?

Dear Game Master,

My friend's account got banned on March 19th.
Game ID :Glamory
Server :Nostalrius begins PVP
He joined our guild's BWL raid on March 18th and found the account was banned on 19th.
He didn't do anything illegally. The only reason which could cause this banned was that his account was hacked one month ago and that guy stole about 200 gold and some stuffs from this account.
Of course he didn't sell any gold himself. You can confirm this by checking the PC ip which used to trade gold in that time. My friend treasures his account and this is the best priest in our guild.
We hate these people who buys or sells gold in the game. This makes our efforts seems to be nothing!
We appreciate your help and we love this game and this server so much. Please help to banned those bad guys and bring justice to us.
I hope to hear from you ASAP so that he can join our guild's raid this week.
