You can help them by giving a detailed list of any recent transactions which might have been seen as suspicious. So:

1.) Did you recently sell an item for a lot of gold? Was it sold over the AH, or directly to a player?
2.) Did you recently buy an item for a lot of gold?
3.) Did someone recently give you a lot of gold either through trade or in the mail? Why did they give it to you?
4.) Did you give someone a lot of gold either through trade or in the mail? Why?
5.) Did you recently move a lot of gold between different characters/accounts?
6.) Did you recently farm a lot of gold in a short period of time?

Basically, the more you can tell the GMs, the easier you make it on them and the faster you will get a response. Hopefully.
