My friend account has been banned. I m not sure why it has been banned though. I did not sell gold or buy gold,consider his profession is enchanting trading in game will frequently，please inspect carefully.

If you'd like to appeal this ban, please provide information in this thread about what transactions you may have done recently that might have triggered the ban.

Don't bother if you did in fact buy gold, since the review will just come back confirming the offence.
