Account Banned for no reason, Please Review

Main Character- Bryson
I'd like to have my banned reviewed. It seems you've banned me for gold trafficking but I have never bought or received gold from sellers. I'm level 46 with only maybe 25-30g to my name. The only possible explanations for this accusation are misinterpretations of past events. About two weeks ago when I hit lvl 40 my real life friend papaburgandy gave me 35 gold to help me get my mount. He's level 60 and a legit player as well. That's surely not sufficient reason to ban and I've been playing on the account for weeks after so Idk if that was the grounds for banning. I also have a level 1 bank alt named papab with whom I send items to put up for auction and I transfer gold between him and my main. I recently sent myself 15g from my own account and this was fairly recent so I'm guessing that's why you banned me. Otherwise I haven't received any gold from any sources otherwise and I'm a legit player and upset to have to deal with this when I've been following the rules.
You also banned my real life friend whose character name is Greggory who also plays on the PvP server. This was a few days before and he is really upset because he too hasn't done anything wrong. A guildy he helped gave him a free crusader enchant and a few days later he was banned and I know he has a level 1 bank alt like me who sends himself gold. Please nost, fix the bans, we enjoy the server but being innocent and getting banned is very frustrating.
