How to exclude the chance of bein banned if you play from home and your working place (different IPs ofc)?

As long as you follow the
ToU you are safe.

Simply changing your IP or sharing an IP with another player is not an offense.

I'd like to use your thread to ask a similar question if you don't mind.
I remember reading something about having only 3 account by IP allowed. But I cant find it in the ToS.
Is this or was this a real rule? because I often have guests over and we play together, So by now my IP must have at least 5 different accounts associated with it..

We do not ban accounts if they just change IP addresses; the account compromise and sharing tools we use are much smarter than that. So generally you do not need to worry about it. Many players actually play from multiple countries even.
Regardingj the 3-IP address limit, that is only for account creation, so that we do not get spammed with account creation attempts from a single person. Any number of accounts can connect from the same IP address, however.
