I can't connect to my account anymore, neither in the webserver. I already tried to reset password/IP lock, but it did not worked. Character name Atelectasis, Pvp server.

Suggest that he set his country lock to "No Country Lock" and see if that solves it. In doing this, he should choose a strong password, not a weak one. He probably set it to his country, and the IP-to-country address map is not completely perfect.
