IP lock bug

Hello,

Since the new IP lock feature, i can't connect to my account anymore. It seems that resetting the password and getting the "No IP lock" checked would resolve my problem, but i can't also connect to the webserver.

Since i'm sure of my account name/email/password, could you please reset it manually ? Character name Atelectasis, PVP server.

Greetings,

This does not sound like a problem with your account or Nostalrius. You should be able to reset your password yourself at https://en.nostalrius.org/password. If you cannot reach that page, something is preventing you from reaching the server, as it is always accessible.
