I think my account was hacked

I think someone hacked my account and changed my passworld when i try to login says: "Bad credentials."
character name : Vyvyk (pvp realm)

At login screen says "disconnected". I tried to reset my passworld but the mail doesnt arrive :S

I made a new account i tried to login to the game to tell my guild about the problem and same thing: disconnected.

ok so my problem has been finally solved. I finally got the passworld reset mail set iplock to "nocountry" and now am able to login to the game (not into the website though)
