Disconnected from server, cant change pw

Can't log in. When I try wow it says "disconnected from server' and on the website it says "bad credentials". Tried deleting WTF and WDB folder. Seems other have the same problem and that it is from the ipblock. Character is kosage on Nostalrius Begins PvP. Tried reseting password, but I am not getting the reset email.

We need a bit more information about what exactly is happening when you try to reset the password. Does the password reset page say that it sent the mail? What exactly are you seeing when you try the password reset page?
