IP lock bug

Hello,

Since the new IP lock feature, i can't connect to my account anymore. It seems that resetting the password and getting the "No IP lock" checked would resolve my problem, but i can't also connect to the webserver.

Since i'm sure of my account name --snipped--, could you please reset it manually ? Character name Atelectasis, PVP server.

If you cannot reach the password reset page at https://en.nostalrius.org/password, then something such as a firewall between you and the server is preventing that. You may need to use a VPN to connect.
