account banned

Greetings, My game character name is Heyi. PvP realm. My account has been banned for 7days but without reason. At the day of time that I got ban, we were just finish the AB battle against the horde side premade (As ally premade). when I finished shower, I found my account has been banned tempoary (7days), one of my teammate (hunter Joker) told me that he was receive a warning of using BUG to get advantage in Battlefield. But, as I know, when night Elves racial "shadowmeld" that will trigger a bug on pet which leads it became immune. I had never try to use this bug in previously period as I have received a warning once before. So I will not be using this in any intentional or unintentional circumstance. So, if I did something lead this ban pls indiciate for me. Best regards
