Can't long into account PW reset doesn't work

HALP! I can't log into my account. I tried the account recovery to no avail, it tells me that my email and username are not a match. What can i do???

You will need to try to remember both your account name and E-mail.

If you can provide the name of a character on the account, we can have a look to see what is going on with it.
