My account appears to still be active but my character Zantastic is not shown.

Gamemasters don't recover deleted characters.

I'm not aware of it being deleted. Also this is my first time logging in since ZG patch.

Greetings, your account is still there. We now have a PvP and a PvE server so please check that you are logging into the PvP server.
