I want to know what happened to my account

I did not bought or sold any gold. And did not involve any BUG behavior. I m following the server rules all the time.I just want know why my account have been banned today

I promise i did not release any gold advertising! It is impossible for a lv 60 chacacter to do that. I cherish my own account! I hope i can get unbanned and get back to take part in raid.
