banned for unknown reason.

My character on the pvp server was a lvl 60 paladin named Demiùrge

Tried to log in today after over a week of not playing and was notified i was banned.
I've never done anything that violates your terms of use, much less anything that would designate a permanent ban.
Any info regarding why I was banned or if I could be unbanned would be greatly appreciated.
I really love this server and definitely do not want to stop playing here.

Yeah I just got banned aswell I read the ToS before joining this server. And I surely didnt violate any terms
