Banned account please help

(My acount seems to be fixed)
Account name: --snipped--
Server: Nostrarius Begins PvP
additional info: My firnd had this issue before me. I logged onto my account, he said he was having the issue. I tried logging in for him, it said his account was banned. Tried logging into my account after that and said i was banned.

(His is not)
Posting his info because he needs it fixed also. Thank you

Edit your post to have player name not account name. Also with the GMs working double time on the recent ban wave, please don't bump and don't get worried if they don't respond for awhile, they are working from oldest post to newest and each bump will put you back at the end of the line. Hope you get your issue resolved in a timely manner.

Neither account has ever been banned. There are two common reasons that might be preventing your login:

The first is that maybe you (or someone else) tried to log in too many times with an incorrect password. This causes a temporary IP lockout. Wait 30 minutes to 1 hour and try to log in again, or if you cannot remember the password, you can reset it at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.

The second is that you may have an IP address that is being declined due to a country IP lock on the account. Country IP locks are a new feature that have been put into place to help prevent account hacks. You can reset your country IP lock using the password change feature as well.
