banned for no reason

Hi my name is charlie i play on the pvp server high pop one, i was banned for no reason today and i am completely new to private servers etc and my first ever one played on, but i did /2 hey guys today and was instant banned, its my level 6 hunter called Buzzbee, my email is --snipped--, i was in stormwind making my way to GS to get to level 10 but now banned, what is up with this
