banned for no reason

Hi my name is charlie i play on the pvp server high pop one, i was banned for no reason today and i am completely new to private servers etc and my first ever one played on, but i did /2 hey guys today and was instant banned, its my level 6 hunter called Buzzbee, my email is --snipped--, i was in stormwind making my way to GS to get to level 10 but now banned, what is up with this

The account associated with character Buzzbee on the PVP server was banned by our chat spam system. Please try to minimize the use of public chat channels on characters below level 15, and avoid the use of addons that put messages into chat.
This ban is under review, and we will get back to you with a resolution in this thread.
