Our guildleader have been banned

sorry to disturb, our guildleader soray have been hacked this morning(the server time is 23:00-24:00).his account is our guild bank,lots of items and gold(more than 10k) have been stolen.
that's was terrible,and after the discuss, we don;t wanna the thief without punishment.
so i send this ticket ask for help.
can u check the server log find out who have involved the gold transaction and ban him!
we all eager for the justice!

Thanks. I don't plan to ban Soray but it would be out of my hands if the admins decided to do that. He should for sure review his security practices though, and make sure that his account and personal info is safe.

after 1 month have passed
we all thought our guildleader is safe and the hacker have been punished
but today soray told me his account have been banned.
that's terrible, we just do our best to let ur gm team know what had happened and wanna the hacker be punished.
but finally our guildleader is "dead"
that's unfair,does ur gm team can check the issue?

I'm a member of Helloween.
I post this issue here since our guildmaster was banned.

He logout normally after one raid on two day ago, then got banned next day night.

He has being a very good leader from the beginning and definately has no gold dealing .

Could you help us ? Or, at least, give us some reason why he was banned.

Dear GM team of the Nostalrius,

I am a guild member of the Helloween as well, Soray is our guild master.
His account looks like the guild bank, the guild property is stored at this account.
Few weeks ago,his account had been hacked, and the whole property of our guild had been stolen. (including the gold and huge mount of the mats).
Two days ago, his account had been banned without any omen.
As a guild member , I just want to prove his account did't have gold trade before, which is the hacker moving the property from his account.
Wish the GM team can review this account again.

Soray's account was banned because it was compromised as a result of the recent gold seller hack wave.

The ban has been placed under compromised account review. The review may take some time to complete. We will get back to you with a determination or more instructions in this thread.

Its been 8 days since your last reply, our whole guild members are waiting for your final decision.

This is every important for us all cuz without guild master we cant modify guild lvl, even worse Soray can not join us for guild raid, he started our first raid and never miss one single raid, thats brutal for a real Nostalrus Wow lover.

Once again I assure you that Soray never involve real money trade, its not fairy to blame a game lover for account hacker's mistake.

How does someone hack the account of soray? Could you explain it to me how something like this can happen? I mean im playing in the internet for about 14 years and i never got hacked..?

@alther - It might also be a good idea to avoid staff disrespect lest you find sanctions applied against your forum account, in-game account, or both.
