Account Banned please help

Hey my character, Azru, was banned. PVE Nos server. Kinda worried about my account being compromised. Was out to dinner when a friend text me asking me why I wasn't responding to him in game. Told him I wasn't online I was out to dinner. He said I was online and switching characters. Please help

Sorry to keep bumping this I know you guys are busy, I'd just like to get this resolved one way or another, I started a new character with a different password but would love a response and an appeal to my ban either way. I was very active on the AH for the level I was and sold tailoring crafted gear and materials pretty quickly. Thanks for your time.

If you did in fact buy gold, it saves us all time if you mention that instead.
