Can't log into account

I last logged onto my account a few months ago. I tried to log on yesterday, but it just instantly disconnects. It's not an internet problem b/c I made another account to see if I can log in - and I can.
I tried logging on my account on Nostralius webpage, but it just says "Login failed! Bad credentials." And when I try to change my password or IP lock, it says an email has been sent to my email account, but there's no email.
Could a GM look into this and see what's wrong? Thanks.
My main character is Hobobobo (rogue) on Horde side, PvP.

I think it is the second problem that you indicated. However, I can't do anything about it because something is blocking the reset IP lock/password emails from being sent to my registered email account. I've tried numerous times, and every time it tells me "An email was successfully sent to [my email]," but there is no email in my inbox.
