Account Closed

Hello,

while trying to log on I got a msg saying my account has been closed.
Character name- Valock (pvp server)

I was logged on this morning and no problems. Then a few hours later when i tried to log on, i got the msg saying account closed. No information was given on the main website when i logged on. Nothing mentioning a ban or why it was closed.

I would be very appreciative if you could give any insight on why my account was closed and whether or not i can get it reopened .

Please look into this account. Our guild has had TWO accounts incorrectly banned over the past month. Both accounts were quickly un-banned, but for whatever reason, Valock's account has remained locked.
