Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

My characters name is Skinnylatté on the pvp server. I tried to log into my account today and it was closed. I also cannot log into the Nostalrius website under the banned account. I have no idea why I was banned. Is there something I can do to prove my innocence?

The account associated with the character 'Skinnylatté' will remain closed.

Case resolutions are in accordance to consistent and principled policies which are considered final when issued. Processing cases that has already been concluded keeps the Nostalrius staff from processing other users' urgent support requests. If a user repeatedly creates multiple tickets and/or threads regarding the same closed issue, or otherwise misuse the respective system, they will be asked to stop, and if ignored, they will receive a sanction on all their account(s).

I leveled and alliance character and was feeding him, items/gear through my horde character. If you check the transactions you will see that both account names are pretty much the same.

The account has been unbanned and is once again accessible. This was an error on my part.
