Account is locked?

Hi there, tried to log onto my account today during my lunch break but i was not able to because it said it was locked. I do not understand why i have not received any notification as to why. Please help. I love playing on nostalrius and would love to continue to play my warrior femaletubs on the PVE alliance side. This occurred today at 1:00 p.m. 3/25/16 Thank you for your time and i hope to hear from you soon and to have this situation positively resolved.
