Today my account can not log on, it tips my account has been banned permanently. Could you tell me why? How can remove frozen for me? Please help me, thanks!

Don't bother if you did in fact buy gold, since the review will just come back confirming the offence.

Thank you very much for your prompt reply, and secondly, I think I was not carrying gold trading, my account from the application to the present about nearly three months, the three months I very hard through task to upgrade, during this period I have no any transactions, Because I just contact with world of Warcraft, so I to some game settings and scene do not quite understand, one day I in Orgrimmar see auction house, I a little understanding of the basic operation of the game in the auction house, during the game I got some blue drawing, because I never been traded, so my value of these drawings do not understand, when I casually will these blue drawings on the auction house, and then close the game and landed the next day when found account is banned, followed by had said at the beginning of the things.
