Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

My character name is dadaogongfei and the realm is nostalrius begins PVP.
Today my account can not log on, it tips my account has been banned permanently. Could you tell me why? How can remove frozen for me? Please help me, thanks!
