Accound banned

Haven't logged in in a few days, tried this morning and got the lovely message: Your account has been banned permanently. I don't use the same password anywhere else, I didn't buy nor sell gold. Don't have issues with my computer nor any other games/accounts.

Your account was banned for gold trafficking. If you'd like to appeal this ban, please provide information in this thread about what transactions you may have done recently that might have triggered the ban.

Don't bother if you did in fact buy gold, since the review will just come back confirming the offence.

Hello, thanks for reply.

I haven't done ANY transactions(i assume you mean trade gold) on my account since I started playing except for paying 100g for the craft of epic cloth gloves to a guy named Goldmage or something like that but that was like 2 months ago and I equipped those gloves on my mage right after.

I have about 3,5k gold on my AH character that I made purely from selling goods on the AH and about 500g on my mage so I had no reason to buy gold at any point and I surely wouldn't sell it as well from an account with 3 lvl 60s and 2 lvl 35s. It took quite a lot of time and effort to achieve that in the past few months.

I haven't been playing the game 10-15 days prior to being banned, just logging to do profession cds. When I tried to log in 2 days ago I had a message that I was banned. Couldn't you check IP logging history and conclude by that info when alleged gold transaction happened and from which IP address? I'm always playing from the same ISP on the same computer and I assure you I haven't done any action of that sort (my IP is dynamic but doesn't change that regularly).

Only other action that I've done is creater a Burning Cruasade account on Nost with the same name as my main account about 2 weeks ago but I used different password.
