Greeting！My account and my friends account were banned.My account ID is Shuoye and my friends account ID is Mengmengdi in nostalrius PVP.We never do business to each other and my acc just have 96gold.We never do anything illegal activity in this game.So we want to know why did u ban our acc .Please provide the evidence to us,otherwise i think on the basis of presumption of innocence we should not receive this treatment.Hope we have fair examine to unbanned our acc.Have a nice day.

In both cases, the account was banned for gold trafficking. Also in both cases, the offence has already been confirmed and there is no opportunity for appeal. The two accounts will stay permanently banned.
