The account associated with Mobilefile was banned for gold trafficking. We have placed this ban under review, and will get back to you in this thread.

The confusion arose because you included three different accounts in your original thread.

Mobilefile - This appeal thread. Under review.

Pandai - That account has never been banned.

Gloomysaturd - Banned as part of the gold hack wave, then unbanned. That's the one that GM Ithlien was referring to in his note.

As the second two are already solved, we will use this thread for Mobilefile.
