Please verify that your account has been banned by logging onto the Nostalrius Begins homepage where you'll be notified with the reason." I checked my account too and there was no info about the reason, or just I cant find this notificatian.
I am not saying that I am not deserved this ban if you guys are decided, I am sure you have your reasons, but can you atleast tell me why, I am never botting/sellibg/buyng gold never used any hack programs only have 2-3 addons.

They need a character and server name.

Read a little further down, and it tells you what next step is:

Write your character and realm name, so a GM can review.
