Posted: Sun Mar 27, 2016 2:06 pmYou need to add which server you were on, either PVP or PVE. There was a recent ban wave that took down 3K accounts so you were probably caught up in that. I'm sure a GM will get around to your appeal and tell you more. Just be patient.
