please confirm the reason why he is banned. and there have any chance to Unban?

All three of your friends accounts were banned for gold trafficking, independently. This offence has already been confirmed for each of them and there is no opportunity for appeal. The accounts will stay permanently banned.
They can feel free to create a new account and continue your journey on Nostalrius Begins, but follow the rules this time.
