Can't access account

So I had a minor break from Nostalrius and wanted to get back online, but it keeps saying that I am instantly disconected on login screen. I've tried re-installing the game, I've tried login in from my friends computers but nothing has worked. Ultimately I've made a new account, which I have no problem accessing the game with. I've tried everything that I've read on here, but nothing has worked.
Any help would be great.

You may have an IP address that is being declined due to a country IP lock on the account. Country IP locks are a new feature that have been put into place to help prevent account hacks. You can reset your country IP lock using the password change feature at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.

Note that you can only log in to the web login page from the same IP address as your last in-game address, which would also fit this explanation if your IP address has changed recently.
