I created my account yesterday and today I was playing for a few hours and suddenly when I entered SW and asked "where is the mining trainer in SW?" in trade chat I got disconnected and couldn't login back into the game because I was "permanently banned". I would love for someone to look into this.

You probably got banned by the ChatSpam detection.

This system is in place to combat goldseller spam accounts. Unfortunately it sometimes bans new players/accounts as a false positive.

A GM will probably unban you soon. After you got unbanned try to avoid using public chat channels below level 15.

Also, how long will it take for me to get unbanned?

A few hours up to a day max.

If you prefer to create a new account and play that while you wait, you can do that of course.
